Job Description

MasterGraphics is looking for a high energy, high activity Sales Representative to help grow our business within the manufacturing community. Celebrating our 61st year of business, MasterGraphics is a well-established, solid organization with a number of untapped business opportunities.

 
About the opportunity
 
·         Product set: Autodesk®’s suite of industry-leading CAD and digital prototyping software tools along with installation, training and business consulting services around that software
 
·         Target Customers: Manufacturing clients with design data needs
 
·         Territory: This position can be based in either our Madison, WI or Rolling Meadows, IL offices, depending on where the final candidate lives.
o    If based in Madison, the territory would likely cover Madison and a radius north, west and south, from Rockford, IL up to Black River Falls and over into Iowa.
o    If based in Rolling Meadows, the territory would likely cover Chicago, northern IL and southwestern WI up to Madison.
 
·         Primary Responsibilities:
o    Breaking in to new markets and customer bases (this position does come with a small book of business to start)
o    Developing long-term relationships and establishing MasterGraphics as a trusted technology business partner
o    Recommending solutions that enhance the customer’s design data process, and closing the deal

    • Base salary + uncapped commission potential

Qualifications we’re looking for
 
To be considered, candidates must have:
 
·         At least five (5) years of recent outside, B2B sales experience where sales is the primary function of your role
·         Previous experience taking ownership of and significantly growing a territory
·         A proven track record of sales success where “wins” and sales goal attainment are demonstrable
 
In addition to the requirements above, candidates invited to move forward in the interview process will most likely have experience selling:
 
·         into/from manufacturing firms or selling technology systems and related services
·         to end customers (vs. a distributor channel)
·         a solution set rather than standalone products
·         in a team atmosphere (i.e. involving sales engineers, sales management, peers from complimentary product lines, etc.)
