Client is looking for a "Director of Product sales" that is experienced in selling platform based enterprise class software solution. They will represent additional services abilities as well.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development by bringing in new customer accounts
Solution selling approach to sell enterprise class product
Build a foundation of good customer base and then build a strong sales team with repeatable sales methods and practices
Create reliable sales plans, prospects, forecasts and execution strategies
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE Ideal candidate for Product sales
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in selling software products for software product companies
Experience in platform/solution selling (products that require solution selling approach)
Experience in selling workflow solutions like Apian, Pega, BMC and other automation products
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Work out of their Reston, Virginia office
Must come with a book of business to start operations
Must have solid contacts at decision making levels (c level contacts)
Ability and personality to work with sr. management
Must be capable and comfortable to handling complex technical software solutions
Must have background in selling enterprise class software solutions.
NICE TO HAVE:
5+ years of prior experience selling IT and Business process automation solutions, workflow solutions, devOps products, change and build management solutions
Demonstrated understanding of market disciplines and success in competitive landscapes
