Product/Program Market Manager- (Automotive products)
Indianapolis, IN area 
  • Drive Project Management and Marketing activities across all molded product lines to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Execute/manage projects with the Plant Leadership team and effectively communicate expectations of performance to team.
  • Define and deploy product line growth strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities for molded products portfolio.
  • Lead strategic and annual planning in coordination with leadership team.
  • Lead quoting (incl. costing and pricing) activities with global partners
  • Coordinate project management activities according to customer timelines and in compliance with APQP processes.
  • Maintain close communication with Sales teams, application engineers and other support personnel to improve customer service.
  • Perform market, competitor and customer analysis. Maintain sales forecast.
  • Create business activities reporting and presentations.
  • Conceptualize market introduction strategies for innovations.
  • Coordinate and participate to customer visits and presentations
  • Bachelor’s Degree ( do not need engineering degree)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience for Product/Project management for engineered products, preferably on Automotive OEM or Tier side.
  • Experience with molded product designs, blueprints, applications and processes.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve new business growth.
  • Experience with internal & external customer relationship management to include quotations for automotive business-designs, launches and program coordination.
  • Ability to organize priorities and workload with assigned team members.
  • Ability to manage a team to supervise multiple RFQs and projects.
  • Ability to provide market and customer input to the product, production & process development teams. Effective, positive communication skills.
  • APQP process knowledge preferred.
  • Effective organization/leadership of staff and tasks is a key element of this position.
  • Available to travel to all product line and/or customer & supplier related locations.
