Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and support the Company’s complete product portfolio into these markets:
    • Tier I carrier/carrier contractor eco-system (VZW, AT&T, T-Mobile)
    • Tier II Rural Carriers
    • Local Government
    • Transportation
    • Utilities
    • Enterprise/Emerging markets
  • Sell and support these technologies, emphasizing our Client’s handheld products:
    • OTDR’s
    • OSA’s
    • Optical Transport
    • RF/Microwave/mmWave SPA applications
    • Interference Detection
    • Remote Spectrum Monitoring
    • CPRI/RFoCPRI
    • BBU Emulation
    • 4/5G wireless analysis
  • Effectively present technology-based solutions and value propositions to all levels within target accounts (field level technicians and engineers to Regional Directors/C level executives)
  • Integrate Distribution and Rental partner activity by working closely with Company’s Channel Management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish, execute, and update business plans
  • Represent the company at trade-shows and industry events
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through disciplined follow-up on leads and customer support requests
  • Update management weekly on sales funnel activity
  • Produce accurate monthly sales forecast by product and customer
  • 50-75% travel
Position Requirements:
  • BSEE or equivalent highly desirable
  • Minimum 5 years relevant technical sales experience; demonstrated track record growing business in assigned markets
  • Demonstrated success selling T&M instruments and applications, especially at field wireless and wireline level
  • Knowledge, experience, and success selling in assigned geographic location
  • Strong sales skillset: interpersonal acumen, negotiations, large account management
  • Lift 75 lbs of equipment into and out of personal vehicle
