Senior Sales Account Manager
 
Manufacturing company, headquartered in Oklahoma, has an immediate opportunity for a highly experienced Senior Sales Account Manager. 

This individual will proactively and strategically sell the company’s products in the Wire & Cable Industry.  Individual will be responsible for selling all product lines.


Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for business development and promotion to Wire, Cable & Flexible material plants at the corporate and plant level.
  • Individual will be ”focusing on large turn-key projects as well as individual piece applications”
  • Responsible for capital equipment sales of machinery, specifically winding technology.
  • Perform marketing analysis and offer design inputs.
  • Communicate with Engineering on technical requirements from customer.
  • Proposal presentations to new customers with high level of attention to technical detail.
  • Provide expert customer consulting on products and services and recommend development program strategy as a result of frequent customer contact.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences and marketing events plus make presentations to industry groups.
  • Provide input to R&D regarding technical market developments, needs and trends.
  • Offices at plant in Oklahoma City, OK.
  • North American travel – 60+%
Qualifications: B.S. / B.A. degree is preferred
  • Must have 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, consultative selling- primarily selling to flexible product manufacturing accounts.  Must be an expert in selling value-added propositions.
  • Highly proven successful track record in business development and technical sales.
  • High energy level, attention to detail, enthusiasm, aggressive and excellent communication skills.
