Our client, an established Maryland firm offering infrastructure, security and data center support to their customers, is seeking an IP Convergence Services Director.
Responsibilities will be to work with customers to offer services in convergence technologies (voice, video and data) over an an IP platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for all business associated with the Converged IP Services Division: strategic planning for growth and marketing as well as customer satisfaction. Will manage employees in the department and will have total Profit and Loss ((P/L) responsibility.
Requires experience (10+ years) in a service delivery company where focus is on network infrastructure with any of the following: voice, video, data, video teleconferencing, wireless design, network security, or data center operations support. Also requires ability to manage department, improve processes, communicate with customers and senior management. Must have Profit and Loss (P and L) experience in running a business unit. Degree strongly preferred.
This is a permanent position that offers benefits, base salary and bonus plan. Local candidates only.
