Sr. Sales Solutions Engineer - Ad Serving Technology, Cable Operators, VOD

Based in Manhattan, NY (and Philadelphia, PA), we are a top advanced advertising technology company. Due to growth, we are looking to hire for a dynamic, highly motivated Sr. Sales Solutions Engineer to support and manage our advanced advertising system sales and deployments to large and medium cable and network operators (eg and to large content providers (eg NBC, Fox, Turner, MTV, Discovery, etc.). You will provide live and web-based product demonstrations to diverse business and technical groups. Demonstrate mastery of the our solution and integration requirements necessary to make sales and deployments successful. Work closely with our product development team to ensure successful deployment of our solutions.

Responsibilities:
~Be an expert on our Ad Serving solution and our key competitors - technical architecture, integration points, workflow, functionality
~Educate and support customers evaluating the product using demo accounts and trials
~Support sales team in qualifying customers, identifying integration and operational requirements, and winning deals
~Coordinate with product management on gathering customer feedback and creating customer materials
~Support lab trials, market deployments and enterprise rollouts of our solution
~Promote increased utilization of our system at client sites
~Work with vendor partners to develop presentations, demos and trials
~Coordinate with team on sales planning, proposals, account strategy, account management, industry events and other activities

Must Have Skills:
1.) 3-5 years of proven track record in working with top cable operators and cable and broadcast networks around video content distribution (Internet, VOD, linear, mobile) and monetization (ad sales and operations, ad serving, targeting, reporting)
2.) Strong understanding of ad serving technology platforms (DoubleClick, Atlas, etc.) and advertising ecosystem
3.) Strong listening, speaking and presentation skills
4.) Proven ability to coordinate within sales, product management and engineering organizations, as well as partners to ensure proposals represent the best of what is possible
5.) Proven ability to identify and scope customer requirements, involving other departments as appropriate
6.) Proven ability to support the sales of complex technical products with significant deployment and integration efforts, including scoping integration efforts
7.) Demonstrate technical competency in dealing with client engineers as a peer with a very high level of domain expertise in media accounts
8.) Can do attitude - aggressively identify and own customer
9.) Moderate travel required
