DescriptionMy client is the market leader in BI solutions with noteable growth even in this recessionary period. The NY Director will have the opportunity to lead the largest revenue-wise region for the company and must be an extremely strong player with an agressive yet polished attitude. This company has a fun, positive, fast-paced, and energetic culture.
Location: NYC
Territory: NY- N. NJ
Revenue: 3-5MM/year
Reporting to: Sr. Director of PS. Dotted line to Sales Director
Manage: 6-8 consultants, PMs, etc. with about 15 expected in near future.
Requirements:
LOCALS ONLY- No relocations even if you will pay your own!
Technical education-BS (MS preferred)
5-10 years of consulting and consulting management experience for a software or consulting firm at the Region/ District level
3-5 years experience managing all aspects of a services business including P&L management experience and emphasis on business development.
Prior experience in systems integration consulting or software/ hardware vendor services
Demonstrated ability to grow and manage the technical personnel and processes associated with enterprise software sales
Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit, develop and retain project-based employees
Demonstrated ability to develop, deploy and maintain career development and project delivery programs
Understanding of core Business Intelligence/ Data warehousing technology: RDBMS, Web- Client/ Server, OLAP
BI software experience VERY highly preferred.
